Coolest tea party..... EVER!

Our lucky lil Hannah got a fancy tea set a few days ago and has thrown a party every chance she got. So me and Judah and Hannah packed up and held a proper tea party outside along with guests and entertainment. As you can see, Hannah is growing up to be quite fancy indeed!

Watchout Charleston here comes the super awesome photographer Hailey James!

Today we started a countdown for a sad sad day (next Saturday) as our good friends Hailey and Ted are heading down to Charleston to go to med school. BUT our loss is Charleston's gain as they will also be starting up their photography business. Check out Hailey's mad skills here.
We also took some time out today to do what we love.... Take pics!

Yesterday Malachi and I met up with soon to be husband and wife ( in less than a month!!) Jim and Jess. Jim and I were in the same photography class in Kona Hawaii from January to March of 2008. So the last time we saw him we just had Hannah and he was very much single! We met up in Columbia SC and had a super great time catching up and I didn't want to miss the chance to take pics of this super awesome couple! They are getting married in New York and Jim will be serving as a youth pastor in a church close to where they will be living. We were so blessed to see them and can't wait to see what God has for them in the future!

Long story short. Malachi and I began our Photography journey in Kona, Hawaii back in January 2008 ( the studying part anyways). After 3 months of, well intense learning as much as i could about photography and 10 000+ pics taken later, We were on our way back to Sydney Australia when BOTH (one main and one backup) our hardrives got swiped at securiety( someone stole them) at Honolulu airport. They had all our pictures and memories of our time in Hawaii and to say we were devastated was being kind. We were shattered.

Fast forward a year and a half.

Tracy and Jeff were kind enough to send me a disc of photos that I took of them while I was in Hawaii. It made me super happy to get it and remember how awesome our time was in Hawaii. Jeff and Tracy are husband and wife and super quality people who are serving as missionaries/volunteers with Youth With A Mission in Kona Hawaii. From what I remember they've been married 10 years!! How awesome is that!

Blast from the past!

Back in May I was blessed with seeing 2 of my really good friends James and Katie whom I met when I was doing tsunami relief work in Thailand back in 2005. They were very much single then. Fast forward 4 years and they're married with 3 kiddies and living in Thailand serving as missionaries . They are such a family of faith and an inspiration and I was so happy to see them if only for a couple hours. Their kids Celest, Josh and Jerrah are just awesome awesome individuals. We had a little photo session before they went on their way. I can't wait to join them in Thailand soon!

Hannah's LOVES Lucy...and so do I!

Last Saturday Malachi's good friend Marshall, from back in the day came to visit us at home. Its a pretty big deal because I've only met him once previously and that was the day me and Malachi got married like over 3 years ago. He's a super cool kid that my hubby raves about constantly and his coolness factor went up 500 % when he showed up with his super cool Bulldog puppy Lucy. As you can see Hannah was a huge fan and they became pals real quick. We can't wait to spend more time with Marshall and of course..Lucy!!
