Snow day!

They (the people on TV) said it was gonna be a "wintery mix" this weekend. This was the umpteenth time I've heard about the possibility of snow in so many weeks, I didn't pay too much attention. To my surprise... TV was right :) we woke up to ALOT of WHITE this morning (NOTHING compared to the north!) SO we ventured out into the snow to enjoy it...only to discover its was too stinkin cold to do much. It was SUPER SUPER wet and the "fun" only lasted all of 3 minutes till the kids got some snow/wind/rain on their faces. I think we'll admire the pretty snow from the comfort of our couch. Enjoy :)

Dust leaders.

Here are photos of some young people that are not only ridiculously good looking, but are doing a great thing in the city of Charlotte. They are leaders of a college and young adults group at Renovatus Church called Dust. Seriously. If you are within an hours drive from Charlotte, come say hi! They meet on Tuesday nights at Eastland Mall. It'll be worth every minute of your time. I mean who wouldn't want to hear what they have to say?..enjoy :-)

Emily WIlliams: Portrait Session

Winter has kept me pretty indoors for the last 4 days, so when today turned out SO sunny and wonderful I knew it was time to pick up my camera! I spent the afternoon with my good friend Emily Williams, being girls, chatting and taking pictures!! Emily is super musical and very very pretty so ofcourse I was over joyed she came to play today!
